Paula Craig:

Contessa of the Humanities Dept., the glue and a glowing, guiding light

for so many students, faculty, and staff at Bloomfield College for over 2 decades.

Serving as a sounding board for every person who walked into her office, words can’t do justice to how she helped shape the culture and family atmosphere of this campus.

No edition of this magazine would have existed over the past 20 years without her.

Dr. Angela Conrad:

Professor of English and fierce Student advocate / mentor / friend, who gave us her wit, the eye, and the insight to read further into our texts & dig deeper into our hearts. She took us so much further than 19th century English lit and Shakespeare—initiating courses in African-American, Feminist, and World Literature.
